informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that on
September 11, 2012 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany, fell below the 3% threshold of the voting rights in Deutsche Börse
AG and on that day amounted to 2.88% (this corresponds to 5,566,859 voting
