Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

On September 12, 2012, the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the
Ministry of Finance, Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, has notified us
according to Article 21 section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn, Federal Republic
of Germany, ISIN: DE0005552004, have fallen below the 30% threshold of the
voting rights on September 11, 2012 and amounted to 25,50% (308,277,358
voting rights) on that day.
According to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 and as well no. 2
WpHG in connection with Article 22, section 1, sentence 2 WpHG 25,50 % of
the voting rights (308,277,358 voting rights) is to be attributed to the
Federal Republic of Germany.
On September 11, 2012, KfW, Frankfurt, Germany has notified us according to
Article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Deutsche
Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005552004, have fallen below the 30% threshold of the voting rights on
September 11, 2012 and amounted to 25,50% (308,277,358 voting rights) on
that day.
