WpHG as follows:

On 17 September 2012, the voting interest held by AMUNDI S. A., Paris,
France, in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3 %. On that date, AMUNDI S. A. held 2.87 % (5,398,478
voting rights) of the voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft.

AMUNDI S. A. directly held 1.18 % of the voting rights (2,213,707 voting
rights) and 1,70 % of the voting rights (3,184,771 voting rights) were
