Sektkellerei Wachenheim AG, Trier, aims to increase its dividend payout to
shareholders after a successful business year 2011/12 (June 30, 2012).

Executive board and supervisory board of Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim AG
decided in the balance sheet meeting on September 28, 2012, that they will
propose to the general meeting of shareholders on December 6, 2012, the
distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.23 per share, which is an increase of
15% compared to last year's dividend (EUR 0.20 per share).
