London, England, as the authorized administration agent on behalf of BT
Pension Scheme Trustees Limited, of Lloyds Chambers, London,
England('BTPST'), has notified us pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG about
the following notifications regarding the holding of voting rights held in

  threshold of 10%, 5% and 3% pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG and amounted
