Berning GmbH & Co. KG's voting interest (comprising its own votes and those
attributable to it) in Vossloh AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl,
Germany, crossed on September 14, 2012, below the thresholds of 30%, 25%,
20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at said date to 0.00% (equivalent to 0
votes).

(2) In the name and on behalf of VVB Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH, Schwelm,
Germany, we were notified on October 8, 2012, pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that VVB Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH's voting
interest (comprising its own votes and those attributable to it) in Vossloh
AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany, crossed on September 14,
2012, below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount
at said date to 0.00% (equivalent to 0 votes).
