Munich, Germany, has informed us on October 10, 2012 that its share of
voting rights in JENOPTIK AG fell below the threshold of 3% on October 4,
2012. On October 4, 2012, ZOOM Immobilien GmbH held 0.05% of the voting
rights (28,490 voting rights).
