England informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG as follows:

1. On August 11, 2010, the voting interest held by BlackRock Delaware
   Holdings Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,
   Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.98%
   (5,476,619 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Delaware Holdings
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

1. On August 11, 2010, the voting interest held by BlackRock Holdco 4, LLC,
   Wilmington, DE, USA in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany,
   fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.98% (5,476,619 voting
   rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 4, LLC
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. On August 11, 2010, the voting interest of BlackRock Holdco 6, LLC,
   Wilmington, DE, USA in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany,
   fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.98% (5,476,619 voting
   rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 6, LLC
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. On March 01, 2010, the voting interest of BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
   Inc., New York, NY, USA in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf,
   Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.98% (9,156,379
   voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.

   Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,

   (9,188,633 voting rights) on that day.

1. On February 12, 2010, the voting interest of BR Jersey International
   Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands in GEA Group
   Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% and
   amounted to 4.999% (9,188,633 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International
