Cytos Biotechnology Ltd invites for an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
Schlieren (Zurich), Switzerland, October 26, 2012 – Cytos Biotechnology Ltd ('Cytos' or 'the Company'), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of CYT003 in allergic asthma, announced today that an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Cytos' offices in Schlieren/Zurich (Switzerland).
At this meeting, shareholders will be invited to vote on the election of Dr. Christian Itin to Cytos' Board of Directors as announced on October 9, 2012. Dr. Itin will formally take up his role as Chief Executive Officer with effect as of November 5, 2012 and is expected upon his election to the Board to be appointed Chairman of the Board.
