   and amounts to 5.02% (100378878 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection with Sentence
2 WpHG.

   26th, 2012 has informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that
   its percentage holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf,
   Germany, ISIN: DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 5% on
   March 21st, 2011 and amounts to 5.02% (100378878 voting rights) on that
   day.
