The negotiations with an investor on the acquisition of our property in
Gersthofen were brought to a successful conclusion on October 31, 2012.
technotrans has realised a slight book profit from the sale and a net cash
inflow of around EUR 4.0 million. Cash and cash equivalents will rise
correspondingly at year end.
Lately the property had been reported as 'investment property' in the
balance sheet.
