01.02.2013 the Supervisory Board of CENIT Aktiengesellschaft appoints
Matthias Schmidt (43) for 3 years to the Managing Board. Matthias Schmidt
will be responsible for the fields of finance, controlling and personnel.

During the last 19 years, the graduate in Business Administration and
Computer Science, was working in various management positions at Hewlett
Packard in the financial sector. Amongst others he was CFO of Hewlett
Packard Germany, member of the Managing Board of HP Germany.
