according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 4.68% (this corresponds to 4302584 Voting Rights).
