On November 28, 2012, Mr Uwe Andre Twellmann, Schweiz has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on DCI Database for Commerce and Industry AG, Starnberg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 28, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.8% (this corresponds to
491000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.75% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
317000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Twellmann.
