according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 05, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 7.78% (this corresponds to 6144193 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.78% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6144193 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Natixis S.A., Natixis Alternative Assets
