   threshold of 3 %. On that date, Schroders PLC held 3.01 % (5,646,833 voting
   rights) of the voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft.

All of the voting rights are attributable to Schroders PLC pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. On 10 December 2012, the voting interest held by Schroders PLC, London,
