WILEX AG, Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (ISIN DE0006614720, WKN
661472) has received on 12 December 2012 the following voting rights
announcements:

Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG

1.) Excalibur Group Holdings Limited, London, UK has informed us according
to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its percentage of voting rights
on WILEX AG have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 24
August 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.73% (this corresponds to 853,355
voting rights).

According to section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 2.73% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 853,355 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the Company.

2.) Excalibur Fund Managers Ltd., London, UK has informed us according to
section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its percentage of voting rights on
WILEX AG have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 24
August 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.73% (this corresponds to 853,355
voting rights).

According to section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 2.73% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 853,355 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the Company.

WILEX' share capital of 31,275,507 shares was registered in the Commercial
Register in 24 August 2012.
