On December 14, 2012, BlackRock Group Limited, London, Great Britain
informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on February 8, 2012
its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, exceeded
the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day
amounted to 3.52% (this corresponds to 6862659 voting rights).

All of these voting rights were attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG in connection with
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 WpHG.
