• Christian Wesner to become new CCO
• Imke Dombrowski signed up as in-house lawyer

Berlin, 19 December 2012 - ESTAVIS AG chose two new executives to reinforce
its senior management. First, the Berlin-based company recruited Christian
Wesner as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Wesner, who holds a
degree in business administration, will transfer from Berlinovo Immobilien
Gesellschaft, where he served as Division Head Finance. With more than 25
years of professional experience in the real estate industry, Wesner
previously headed the accounting and controlling divisions at the companies
DKB Immobilien and GSW.

Moreover, ESTAVIS hired Imke Dombrowski as its new in-house lawyer. Having
initially worked for Colonia Real Estate, Dombrowski moved on to become
in-house lawyer for TAG Immobilien in June 2011.

'Both employees bring outstanding expertise in their fields and first-rate
experience in the area of residential portfolio management to the job,'
said Andreas Lewandowski, Member of the Board of ESTAVIS AG. He went on to
say that these latest recruitments are intended to further boost the new
business areas of portfolio set-up and housing privatisation.
