interest (comprising its own votes and those attributable to it) in Vossloh
AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany, crossed on December 17, 2012,
below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at
said date to 0.00% (equivalent to 0 votes).

II. In the name and on behalf of Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH, Wuppertal,
Germany, we were notified on December 20, 2012, pursuant to Sec. 21(1)
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH's
voting interest (comprising its own votes and those attributable to it) in
Vossloh AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany, crossed on December
17, 2012, below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to
amount at said date to 0.00% (equivalent to 0 votes).

III. In the name and on behalf of Etox GmbH, Wuppertal, Germany, we were
notified on December 20, 2012, pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') that Etox GmbH's voting interest (comprising its own
votes and those attributable to it) in Vossloh AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791
Werdohl, Germany, crossed on December 17, 2012, below the thresholds of
30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at said date to 0.00%
(equivalent to 0 votes).

IV. In the name and on behalf of Mr. Hans-Joachim Berning, Germany, we were
notified on December 20, 2012, pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') that Mr. Berning's voting interest (comprising its own
