On December 27, 2012, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2012
and on that day amounted to 5.06% (this corresponds to 5157796 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.85% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 863996 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
