On January 02, 2013, Stichting PGGM Depositary, Zeist, Netherlands, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 21, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 2.85% (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting Rights).

On January 02, 2013, PGGM Fondsenbeheer B.V., Zeist, Netherlands, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 21, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 2.85% (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.85% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

On January 02, 2013, PGGM N.V., Zeist, Netherlands, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 21, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 2.85% (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG, 2.85% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 21, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 2.85% (this corresponds to 2251425 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.85% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2251425 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
