Montabaur, Germany herewith notifies pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 sentence 2
WpHG that its amount of treasury shares has fallen below the threshold of 5
% and 3 % (based on 200 million shares/voting rights) on January 8, 2013,
and at that date amounted to 2.83 % (5,662,202 shares).
