On January 07, 2013, Flossbach von Storch AG, Köln, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%,
5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 01, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 13.87% (this corresponds to 2047657 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 12.31% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1816946 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Flossbach
von Storch SICAV. 1,56% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 230711
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
