On January 15, 2013 Cohen & Steers Capital Management Inc. notified us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that their percentage holding of the
voting rights in alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany,

a) exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.50% (exact amount of
voting rights: 1,959,700) both in relation to the total number of voting
rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares of the same share
class on 3 April 2007. The voting rights are entirely attributable to them
pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG;

b) fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.94% (exact amount of
voting rights: 1,645,970) both in relation to the total number of voting
rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares of the same share
class on 16 January 2008. The voting rights are entirely attributable to
them pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG;

c) exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 4.06% (exact amount of
voting rights: 2,908,916) both in relation to the total number of voting
rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares of the same share
class on 30 March 2011. The voting rights are entirely attributable to them
pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG; and

d) fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.86% (exact amount of
voting rights: 2,050,031) both in relation to the total number of voting
rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares of the same share
class on 26 August 2011. The voting rights are entirely attributable to
them pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
