sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG as follows:

On January 18, 2013, the voting interest held by AMUNDI S. A., Paris,
France, in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.02% (5,809,555 voting rights) on that
day.

AMUNDI S. A. directly held 1.26 % of the voting rights (2,417,204) and 1.76
% of the voting rights (3,392,351) were attributed to AMUNDI S.A. pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
