we are pleased to announce that Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG is
releasing preliminary results for January - December 2012 period on
February, 27th 2013 before opening of markets (approx. 7:30 a.m. CET).

At 10 a.m. CET the same day the Management Board of the company will hold a
