Correction of notification as of January 30,2013
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London , Grossbritannien
informs according to Article 26, Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG that its
Voting Rights in shares of SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxemburg, Luxemburg have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 21, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 3.41% (this corresponds to 1545817 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.41% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1545817 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
