On February 06, 2013, Perry Partners L.P., Delaware, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, have fallen below the
75% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 05, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 42.5% (this corresponds to 22509464 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.15% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4844037 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Perry Global Holdings LLC, Perry Luxco S.à
r.l. and Perry Luxco RE S.à r.l..
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 33.35% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 17665427 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Saturea B.V..
