On February 08, 2013, Perry Private Opportunities Fund, L.P., Wilmington,
Delaware, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1a of the
WpHG that its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland,
have reached the 100% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 31, 2013,
the day of the listing approval (this corresponds to 5963444 Voting
Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.76%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5698867 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Perry Global Holdings, L.L.C., Perry Luxco
S.à r.l. andPerry Luxco RE S.à r.l.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 89.24% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 47264577 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Saturea B.V..
