On February 08, 2013, Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.), London, United Kingdom
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 05,
2013 and on that day amounted to 6.69% (this corresponds to 3546781 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.69% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3546781 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Goldman Sachs International.
