On February 14, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 12, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 5.12% (this corresponds to 5220959 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.24% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1262159 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

On February 12, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 08, 2013 and
on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 5050510 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1111710 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
