On February 22, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/
Main, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 20, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.94% (this corresponds to
5035959 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.23% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1257159 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
