On February 27, 2013, Mr Martin Putsch, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MOBOTIX AG, Winnweiler-Langmeil, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 27, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 10.09% (this corresponds to 1338621 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.09%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1338621 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Putsch via ALLFA GmbH, BRAWOH GmbH, CHARLYE GmbH, MP
Beteiligungs-GmbH, PUTSCH GmbH & Co. KG, RECARO Beteiligungs-GmbH and
RECARO Zweite Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG.
