Goldman Sachs International in its capacity as stabilization manager has informed us that the following stabilization measures were undertaken in relation to the offer of shares of LEG Immobilien AG (ISIN No. DE 000LEG1110), which were listed on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on February 1, 2013.
The stabilization period started on February 1, 2013 and ended on March 2, 2013.
