pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that on January 11, 2013
its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5%
and on this day amounted to 5.34% (6,603,303 voting rights). Thereof 5.34%
