On March 05, 2013, Mr Bernd Förtsch, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 28, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 7.92% (this corresponds to 1099818 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.92% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1099818 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Förtsch from Altira Aktiengesellschaft through LION
Capital AG and through BF Holding GmbH.
