LUDWIG BECK announces dividend increase to EUR 0.50

Munich, March 13, 2013 - Within the framework of the balance sheet meeting
for the fiscal year 2012, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of
LUDWIG BECK AG (Security Identification Number 519 990) resolved today to
propose to the company's Annual General Meeting, scheduled for May 8, 2013,
in Munich, to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.50 per no-par share for the
2012 fiscal year. Last year's dividend had been set at EUR 0.35 per no-par
share - plus a non-recurring special dividend of EUR 0.10 on the occasion
of the 150-year company anniversary.
