On March 14, 2013, Angermayer Brumm & Lange Unternehmensgruppe GmbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real
Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on August 31, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 9.97% (this corresponds to 1384957 Voting Rights).

Thereof, 9.97% (this corresponds to 1384957 Voting Rights) are allocated
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG. Allocated
voting rights are held via the following controlled companies whose share
in MAGNAT Real Estate AG are each 3% or more:
