On March 18, 2013, Lazard Freres Gestion S.A.S., Paris, Frankreich has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on SURTECO SE, Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 13, 2013
and on that day amounted to 2.957% (this corresponds to 327479 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.644%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 292792 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
