sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG as follows:

On March 15, 2013, the voting interest held by AMUNDI S. A., Paris, France,
in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.99% (5,765,163 voting rights) on that
day.

AMUNDI S. A. directly held 1.11 % of the voting rights (2,146,176) and 1.88
% of the voting rights (3,618,987) were attributed to AMUNDI S.A. pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
