UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, announces that the Austrian Investment company Figlio Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH has acquired shares in the amount of 24,95 percent (2.107.622 shares) from the former board member Marcus Linnepe.

Figlio held already 228.396 shares and thereby increases its stake in UET. With this transaction Figlio Beteiligungsverwaltung, which is administrated by Werner Neubauer, who also acts as the CEO of UET, becomes now the largest shareholder. The transferred shares had been initially acquired by Marcus Linnepe in February 2012 from Investors.
