On March 22, 2013, RD Holding-Verwaltungs GmbH, Montabaur, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG of the
following:

We hereby inform you pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that the
number of voting rights of RD Holding-Verwaltungs GmbH, Montabaur, Germany,
in United Internet AG, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% on March 21,
2013, and amounted to 45.36% (88,000,000 voting rights) as of this date. Of
these voting rights, 4.12% (8,000,000 voting rights) are to be attributed
to RD Holding-Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG, and 41.24% (80,000,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to RD Holding-Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to Article 22, Section
2 of the WpHG.

The names of the company that it controls to which 3% or more are
attributed is as follows:

• RD Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

The name of the shareholder from whose shares 3% or more are to be
attributed is as follows:

• Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft.

On March 22, 2013, RD Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Montabaur, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG of the
following:

We hereby inform you pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that the
number of voting rights of RD Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Montabaur, Germany, in
United Internet AG, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, exceeded
the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% und 30% on March 21, 2013, and
amounted to 45.36% (88,000,000 voting rights) as of this date. Of these,
41.24% (80,000,000) are to be attributed to RD Holding GmbH & Co. KG
pursuant to Article 22, Section 2 of the WpHG. From the following
shareholder, whose voting rights interest in United Internet AG amounts to
more than 3%, the following voting rights are attributed:

• Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
