Berlin, 26 March 2013 - The Supervisory Board of ESTAVIS AG appointed
Torsten Cejka to the company's Executive Board with immediate effect. He
will head the company together with Jacopo Mingazzini.

The current board member Andreas Lewandowski is leaving the company. The
Supervisory Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr
Lewandowski for his work in conjunction with the re-alignment of ESTAVIS
AG.

ESTAVIS AG will continue to pursue its strategy of two mainstays, one being
the set-up and management of a proprietary portfolio, the other involving
the activities in the housing privatisation business. The Management Board
reconfirmed its expectation to end the ongoing financial year with a
positive result.
