Publication of an announcement pursuant to Section 26 Paragraph 1 WpHG:

1. On March 26, 2013 Statkraft SF, Oslo, Norway, has notified us pursuant
   to Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in
   E.ON SE, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN DE000ENAG999, WKN ENAG99, fell below the
   threshold of 3% on March 21, 2013 and amounts to 2.999% (60,029,899 voting
   rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
Section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG from its subsidiary
Statkraft AS, Oslo, Norway as well as from the further subsidiary Statkraft
Industrial Holding AS (former Statkraft Regional Holding AS).

1. On March 26, 2013 Statkraft AS, Oslo, Norway has notified us pursuant to
   Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in E.ON
   SE, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN DE000ENAG999, WKN ENAG99, fell below the
   threshold of 3% on March 21, 2013 and amounts to 2.999% (60,029,899 voting
   rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
Section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG from its subsidiary
Statkraft Industrial Holding AS (former Statkraft Regional Holding AS).

   Regional Holding AS) has notified us pursuant to Section 21 paragraph 1
   WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in E.ON SE, Düsseldorf, Germany,
   ISIN DE000ENAG999, WKN ENAG99, fell below the threshold of 3% on March 21,
   2013 and amounts to 2.999% (60,029,899 voting rights) on that day.
