Dissemination according to Article 26 Section 1 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act)

The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Ministry of Finance,
Berlin, Germany, has notified us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG
that its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG have fallen below the 25 %
threshold on April 9th, 2013 and amount to 24.89 % (300,894,984 voting
rights) on that day.

Of these voting rights, 24.89 % (300,894,984 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the Federal Republic of Germany according to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 and as well No. 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder, whose voting rights on Deutsche
Post AG amount to 3 % or more, are attributed to the Federal Republic of
Germany:
KfW Bankengruppe, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following company controlled by
the Federal Republic of Germany and whose voting rights on Deutsche Post AG
amount to 3 % or more:
KfW Bankengruppe, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

KfW Bankengruppe, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has notified us according to
Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG have
fallen below the 25 % threshold on April 9th, 2013 and amount to 24.89 %
(300,894,984 voting rights) on that day.

KfW has fallen below the notification threshold of 25 % by serving
conversion rights which were attached to 5 year conversion bonds issued by
KfW in July 2009.
