On April, 26 2013 GSW Immobilien AG has received voting rights
notifications pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of
the following entities having the following content:

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, Heerlen,
The Netherlands, informed us on 26.04.2013 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 23.04.2013 and
amounts to 3.004% (1,518,107 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.004% (1,518,107 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, Heerlen, The Netherlands
pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP are
held via the following companies which are controlled by Stichting
Pensioenfonds ABP and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or
more in GSW Immobilien AG:
- APG Groep NV

• APG Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, APG Groep NV, Heerlen, The
Netherlands, informed us on 26.04.2013 that the percentage of voting rights
in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 23.04.2013 and amounts
to 3.004% (1,518,107 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.004% (1,518,107 voting rights) are to be
attributed to APG Groep NV, Heerlen, The Netherlands, pursuant to section
22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to APG Groep NV, are held via the
following companies which are controlled by APG Groep NV, and whose
holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in GSW Immobilien AG:
- APG Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, APG Algemene Pensioen Groep NV,
Heerlen, The Netherlands, informed us on 26.04.2013 that the percentage of
voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on
23.04.2013 and amounts to 3.004% (1,518,107 voting rights) as per this
date.
