   below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at
   said date to 0.25% (equivalent to 33.752 votes).

   notified on April 23, 2013, pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities
   Trading Act ('WpHG') that Mr. Winfried Kogut's voting interest in Vossloh
   AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany, crossed on April 19, 2013,
   below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at
