Section 1a of the WpHG that on April 24, 2013 its Voting Rights on Evonik
Industries AG, Rellinghauser Straße 1-11, 45128 Essen, Deutschland
amounted to 87.84% (this corresponds to 409,325,998 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 18.93% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 88,222,443 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Gabriel Acquisitions GmbH.
