Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock, Inc., New York (NY), USA,
informed us on 29.04.2013 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW
Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 5% on 25.04.2013 and amounts to
5.04% (2,548,255 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 5.04% (2,548,255 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington
(DE), USA, informed us on 29.04.2013 that the percentage of voting rights
in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 5% on 25.04.2013 and amounts
to 5.04% (2,547,794 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 5.04% (2,547,794 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2
WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.,
New York (NY), USA, informed us on 29.04.2013 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 5% on 25.04.2013 and
amounts to 5.04% (2,547,794 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 5.04% (2,547,794 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., pursuant to section 22
para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1)
sentence 2 WpHG.
